3. Purpose of the processing of personal data
a) The purpose of the customer register is to manage the customer relationship, implement the rights and obligations of the customer and Klaro Technology Oy, and process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services. In addition, the customer register is used to direct Klaro Technology Oy’s advertising and direct marketing on the basis of customer information. Klaro Technology Oy does not disclose personal data to third parties. The personal data in the customer register is maintained and deleted from the databases by manual update.
b) The purpose of the marketing register is to market Klaro Technology Oy’s products and services to potential customers and partners. The marketing and contact register is also used in connection with events to manage registrations and visitors.
c) The purpose of the Recruitment Register is to process and preserve job applications received by Klaro Technology Oy. The information provided by the jobseeker can be kept in the register for two years. The information will be kept confidential and will only be available to those involved in the recruitment process. The data can be returned in subsequent searches.
4. Information content of the register
The registers shall contain the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company and position
a) Customer relationship and order information.
b) Electronic marketing order information or marketing block information. Newsletter reading and analytics. Site Behavior and Analytics.
(c) Free-form and voluntary additional information and attachments provided by the applicant, such as a CV.
5. Collection of personal information
a) Personal data is mainly collected from the person themselves, either orally or in writing in connection with offers, orders and invoicing, using forms to be filled in via Klaro Technology Oy’s website (www.klarocpq.com), in connection with events. By submitting the form on the Site, you agree that Klaro Technology will store the personal information you provide in its own system in order to provide the service you have requested. The customer register is compiled from Klaro Technology Oy’s customer information system and the information is maintained by manual updating.
b) The marketing register is compiled from the customer register and information filled in by the persons themselves using forms to be filled in via Klaro Technology Oy’s website.
c) The source of information in the register is the jobseeker himself.
6. Regular disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The registrar will not disclose personal data to third parties, except when required by the Finnish authorities. Data may be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area as permitted by the Personal Data Act.
7. Deletion of data
The data may be deleted at the request of the person or due to the termination of the customer relationship. Deleting data may require e.g. the end of the retention periods under the Accounting Act. Requests shall be addressed to the e-mail address mentioned in point 1.
8. Right of inspection and exercise of the right of inspection
An individual has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the personal register. The request for verification must be sent in writing and the identity must be proved at the time of the request. The request for verification is addressed to the registry administrator (see contact details in section 1).
9. Correction of information and implementation of correction of information
The data subject has the right to have the error in the data concerning him corrected. A request to correct an error must be sent in writing and proof of identity must be provided at the time of the request. The request for correction is addressed to the registry administrator (see contact details in section 1).
10. Principles of registry protection
Personal information will be kept confidential. Access to the register shall be limited to those persons employed by the controller and other specified persons who need information in the performance of their duties. Personal data can be processed in several different information systems, which are managed either by Klaro Technology Oy or its partners.
The data network and equipment of the controller and its potential partners are protected by appropriate technical measures.
